Mitsubishi Materials is proud to announce an expansion of the VFMHV line for solid carbide end milling. To complement the variable helix end mill offering Mitsubishi Materials also launches VFJHV end mills for a longer flute length.
Technical Information:
- Irregular helix assists in the prevention of vibration
- Stable with long overhang applications
- Applicable with difficult to cut materials and hardened steels
- Highly heat resistant with Impact Miracle coating
- New flute geometry developed for variable helix design
- VFJHV flutes have a special design optimized for side milling; this product is not suitable for slotting

- Applications with long overhang situations
- Applications where vibration occurs
- Suitable in such material as; titanium alloys, stainless steels, irons, and hardened materials
