Expansion of R/LF chipbreaker

Technical Information:
- The angled chipbreaker form F is being expanded into the VNGG33 size insert.
- Three grades are available VP15TF, NX3035 and NX2525.
- The F chipbreaker is a double sided chipbreaker
- Angled chipbreaker controls the chip flow
- The sharp cutting edge produces a fine finish
- G insert tolerance provides accurate indexing
Applications to Target:
- Finish turning and boring applications featuring light Depth of Cut and Feed per Revolution
- Heat Resistant alloys, Stainless Steels, Cast Irons and P01 through P20 Mild and Carbon steel with VP15TF
- Continuous machining or dry machining of steels with NX2525
- Interrupted machining or wet machining of steels with NX3035
