Expansion of the SW Wiper chipbreaker into C, D and W insert shapes in 433 sized inserts. These inserts will be available in grades UE6110, US7020, NX2525 and NX3035.

• The SW Wiper chipbreaker is a double sided chipbreaker form
• The SW Wiper chipbreaker allows up to 2 times higher feed rate
• The SW Wiper chipbreaker is designed for increased productivity and improved surface finish
• Use cermet inserts for improved surface finishes especially in low carbon steels
• All inserts included in the expansion are 3 nose radius. Larger nose radius allows more aggressive application compared to 2 nose radius

• Turning and boring applications requiring .004" nose radius
• Applications where Cermet insert performance stands out
• Application requiring a tough grade such as UE6020 and VP45N

• FV chipbreaker for finishing mild steel, alloy steel and stainless steel
• Sharp cutting edge generates low cutting pressure providing excellent cutting performance
• Suitable for low depth of cut and low feed rates
• Lower insert cost with cermet grades
