NX3035 expansion
September 1. 2008
Mitsubishi Materials USA Corporation introduces a product expansion of our NX3035 Cermet Insert Family. Grade NX3035 has been developed to replace cermet grades NX335, NX99 and NX55 in applications where physical and thermal toughness are paramount. NX3035 will be our toughest cermet grade. With this Market Memo 22 part numbers will be added to our inventory.
Technical Information:
- For wet or dry machining
- Increased thermal shock resistance
- Increased physical shock resistance
Applications to Target:
- Finish turning and boring of steel and cast iron
