Mitsubishi Carbide Miracle WStar 8 X D Drill introduction

Mitsubishi Carbide introduces the Miracle W Star 8 X D coolant through drill. Drilling depths of 8 times drill diameter are achieved by cutting edge and flute design features. Mitsubishi Carbide’s deep hole drill may be used on general machining centers that do not require high pressure coolant as a result of excellent chip control and chip evacuation. Drilling times are reduced by 1/5 of conventional drill time as pecking cycle is eliminated. Miracle coated VP15TF grade ensures longer tool life by resisting welding of various materials. This product is targeted for applications which require resistance to fatigue at extreme drilling depths. Diameters stocked are 0.0125 inch through 0.500 inch.
