Mitsubishi Materials USA Corporation introduces the Micro-MWS Super Long Drills to our Drilling Family.

June 25. 2008

The Micro-MWS Super Long Drills are designed for customers to use in deep hole drilling applications.
Technical Information:
  • Available in metric diameters (only) in 0.05mm increments from 1.0mm to 2.95mm
  • A total of 120 items available in 3 types: 20DB (20xD), 25DB (25xD) and 30DB (30xD)
  • Optimum cutting edge geometry for breaking chips into small pieces
  • Special flute geometry for superior chip flow
  • Smoother flute surface for excellent chip evacuation
Applications to Target:
  • Deep hole micro parts, medical parts, computer metal parts, aircraft engine parts, etc.
  • All mild steels, carbon & alloy steels, stainless steels, cast iron and heat resistant alloys
