Mitsubishi Carbide Miracle UC5115 grade introduction

Development of grade UC5115 represents the latest technology to meet customer demands of high wear and chipping resistance in various types of cast iron. UC5115 is a CVD coated grade for turning cast iron and nodular iron. An extremely tough carbide substrate and new all black super-even coating technology ensures stable cutting and improves wear and fracture resistance. This product is targeted for applications which require a balance of extreme wear and chipping resistance. UC5115 is available in most turning insert styles. Download the PDF file
