Mitsubishi Carbide has developed through cooperative efforts from Swiss type machine manufacturers a line of small tools which include external turning, internal turning, drilling and end milling. Theses tools are designed for use in gang, cam and turret type machines. Industries which benefit from Mitsubishi's tooling packages range from aerospace, medical and the IT industry. Metric and imperial tools are both ready for use.

Inserts are available in a myriad of styles, chip breaker designs and wipers. Our high quality tools allow customers long tool life, "E" class tolerance sharp edge without hone and highly accurate small radii. Inserts may be coated with VP15TF for weld resistance and heat resistance but also available in cermet, coated cermet, cBN and PCD. Micro mini boring bars excel in boring, grooving and threading to minimum cutting diameter of 2.2mm. Micro MZS drill sizes range from 1.0 mm to 2.9 mm. Solid carbide end mills are range in 2 and 4 flute; square, ball and radius types and a wide range of sizes.
