Features
Mitsubishi Materials and Mitsubishi Materials Kobe Tools are proud to present an array of the latest cutting tools designed to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency machining of moulds.

High Efficiency Milling Tools
  • APX3000, multi-functional indexable insert cutter to cover a wide application area.
  • ARX, small diameter round insert indexable insert end mill. For multi-functional, high-efficiency roughing and semi-finishing of moulds
  • AJX, high feed radius cutter. 16mm, 17mm small diameters sizes available soon.
High Accuracy Milling Tools
  • SRF, insert type ball nose finishing end mill. Radial tolerance of 6m for high accuracy finish machining comparable to solid carbide ball nose end mills.
Drilling Tools
  • TAW, WSTAR insert type drills. High precision drilling similar to that of brazed drills.
Latest Mould and Die Solid Carbide End Milling Tools
  • New IMPACT END MILL series. High resistance to chipping and wear with a newly developed coating (with high film hardness and heat resistant properties) and new cutting edge geometry.
  • MS2XB, MSTAR taper neck, ball nose end mill. For deep slotting of moulds.
  • MSMHZD, 3-flute MSTAR slotting end mill. For continuous feed plunging and slotting.
  • MSTAR end mill series for small automatic lathes. Available in 2-flute, 3-flute and 4-flute types.
  • DLC-2MB, 2-flute DLC coated ball nose end mill for non-ferrous and non-metal materials.

"New Machining World Opened Up with "IMPACT MIRACLE,EEnd Mills for Hardened Material"

A newly developed IMPACT MIRACLE end mill (square and ball nose types) can deliver higher efficiency and longer tool life than conventional end mills for machining hardened materials. High performance innovation, using the latest technology to achieve longer tool life and high precision machining of pre- hardened mould materials (55 E65HRC). The ultimate tool for shortening delivery time of moulds and reducing machining costs.

We will present cutting application examples with the new Impact Miracle end mill in addition to a variety of other our new products that will improve productivity.
