ULTRA RAPID! VCHFRB, New Miracle high feed solid carbide end mills.

MITSUBISHI has launched a new series of Miracle coated carbide end mills for ultra high feed roughing. High productivity is possible by decreasing the depth of cut but increasing feed rates to over 10,000 mm/min.

A newly developed flute and end profile design with excellent chipping resistance produces thin chips that allows the highest feed rates for quick roughing operations

Due to the low cutting resistance it is even possible to machine at an overhang of 7xD for deep pocketing without vibration.

There are 43 different sizes available in the standard range. Additional intermediate sizes can be produced on request. Mitsubishi can also offer regrinding and recoating to return the tool to the original high level of quality.
